After a 5 game losing streak, the Clinton Lady Jackets finally pulled out a few wins against Two Rivers and Dover this past week and a half. Kaitlin Kirkendoll made a return after some health issues helping contribute to the team being one of the team’s main scorers.

The Lady Jackets have not been hitting the road much with their past few games mainly at home. This past Friday, January 12th, they played Two Rivers at home finishing score at 41-36. Tuesday, they played Dover for the second time this season and won again 54-42. This Friday, the girls face Dardanelle at home for the second time as well. They lost the first time facing them this season away, in a nailbiter with an ending score of 56-52. The Lady Jackets are looking to win this one after improving greatly from the last time they faced Dardanelle.

As the season inches closer and closer to the district tournament, players across 3A state are preparing for these big games. The Clinton Lady Jackets are tuning up to reach their full ability in hopes to making it to regionals.
