Christmas in Clinton

Christmas in Clinton

Emily Kirk, Writer

At this busy time of year Clinton like many small towns have traditions they cherish and new traditions that emerge.  There have been many activities going on in Clinton to gear up for holiday season.

CHS CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) held a breakfast with Santa on Saturday, December 9 from 9:30am-12 at the downtown Clinton Fire Department. One plate was $4, they included pancakes, sausage, and a drink. Kids had the opportunity to have their picture taken with Santa!

On December 16th, National  Championship Chuckwagon Race along with Cowboy Dodge, Clinton Feed & Supply, and Beechfork Ranch held a COWBOY Santa at the Eoff’s Feed Store. Fun for the whole family with wagon rides, a mechanical bull, hot chocolate, and lots of Christmas deals! Cowboy Santa even made an appearance.

Christmas in the Park, the park is lit up with Christmas lights.  If you are in the neighborhood take some time to take a stroll through our local park decked out for the holiday season.
