CHS Volleyball Defeats Cotter

Another win for the Lady Jacket Volleyball team! Thursday night, the team played Cotter High School, and won! The game went to five sets. It was an extreme nail biter throughout! The team started off on a good foot, winning the first set. After winning the first set, things started to get rocky. Cotter was able to find the team’s weak spot and use that to their advantage, winning that set. Baylee Breedlove, a senior, was having an awesome game being able to get awesome sets to Gabby Helton, a junior and Danielle Teague, a sophomore. The two girls were having an awesome game hitting and they were able to get under the other team’s skin. Kendyl Breedlove, a sophomore, had the best game she’s had all year! She had over twenty five hits and only missing five. The volleyball team then won the third set, and lost the fourth set. Taking the game to the five sets, the girls barely won but they did! Baylee Breedlove had the winning point to finish the game off as a win! It was a great night to be a Lady Jacket!!
