Aly Bramlette

The Clinton Yellow Jacket basketball teams started their season mid November in the Clinton Jamboree tournament. From there, both teams have worked and played hard not only in tournament play, but in the conference as well.

The Lady Jackets, although having a tough start, are looking for a strong finish with the rest of their regular season. The team currently stands 5-15 overall with major wins over Cotter, Harmony Grove, and England. The Jackets are currently being led by senior Aly Bramlett, averaging 18 points, and senior Livie Dufrene averaging 8 points, and junior Lacey Belle McJunkins with 7. The Lady Jackets seem to only be getting better and with high hopes for the rest of their season.

The Yellow Jacket boys team are currently 13-5 overall with their season and 6-2 in the conference. They have had huge success with major wins over Pottsville, Valley Springs, and Alpena. The team is led by senior captains Kragen Bradley, averaging 26 points, and Reid Hensley, who averages 16 points.

The Clinton basketball teams are preparing for their next regular scheduled games against the Rosebud Ramblers (away) Tuesday night, Izard County Consolidated Tigers (away) Thursday night, and the Bergman Panthers on Friday night. Goodluck Clinton Yellow Jackets on the rest of your season!
