A new season will begin tonight for The Jacket baseball team, as they have one dream. A dream that they will need to win 12 more games to reach, with three different stops along the way. The first will begin this sunny afternoon at 4:30 at Harrison High where their district kicks off. Through their regular season accomplishments they earned a definate 1 seed and earned the right to play Green Forest who comes into the District tournament an 8 seed with a record of 3-18. If the Jackets win they will advance to the semi-finals Friday at 4:30 and then the finals will follow at 7 o’clock sharp. One win will give the Jackets a trip to the regional tournament that will be held in Manila, AR, and then the state tournament will be held at the same site as the district tournament, Harrison.  So if you get a chance come out and support your Jacket baseball team as they continue on their journey to the finals.
