The Clinton Yellowjackets traveled to Bald Knob Tuesday night to face another number one seed, Episcopal Collegiate in the first round of the state tournament.  The game stayed close in the first half.  After halftime they were able to cut the lead to 4.  The game was stopped due to a tornado warning.  Players, cheerleaders, and fans  were sent to a safe location to wait out the storm.  The storms passed east of Bald Knob to the relief of all involved, and those listening at home.  The game resumed, the Jackets fell to a tough Episcopal team that has found a spot in the state finals.  Although the Jackets did not advance in the state tournament they accomplished many things this season.  We are looking forward to a strong season next year as the Jackets will be returning several key players.  The senior leadership of Mason Keeling, David Beavers, Tyler Huggins, and Stephen Blake Hunt will be missed.
