Our most recent student of the month is a young man who is highly involved in a variety of clubs, who is always willing to go the extra mile in everything that he does, and who is very competitive academically. This student is Dakota Mooney! Dakota is an active member of FFA, where he has competed and won on the county, district, and state levels. He has won many FFA Agri competitions.  He is also actively involved in Beta Club where he recently wrote an essay for the Officer’s Service Award, which ended up winning first place out of 3,000 students in Arkansas. This qualified him to compete in Nationals this summer at Disney World in Orlando, Florida. He will also be competing at FBLA State in Job Interview, after qualifying through District V FBLA competition.  He was born a natural leader, he holds many officer positions from class office to student council.  He juggles all of these clubs and extracurricular activities while managing to maintain a four point GPA. Dakota is a shining example to all of his peers and is highly deserving of student of the month!
