The senior high boys basketball team traveled to Dover last night for a big conference game. Earlier in the season when the teams collided the jackets came out with a win, but it took overtime to get it done. Going into last night’s game the boys were picked to win by 10. Dover came out ready to play early in the game and took a 13-12 lead after the first quarter. By halftime Clinton’s boys fought back to take a 2 point lead at the half. In the 3rd quarter the boys came out shooting the ball well and was up 7 going into the 4th quarter. Late in the game Dover made a few threes to make it interesting. The boys made 14 free throws in a row in the 4th quarter, not giving Dover a chance to make a run late. The final score was 62-55 Yellowjackets.
