2016 State Fair Schedule
October 5, 2016
- The 2016 Arkansas State Fair is coming up. Thursday, October 13th will be the kickoff for livestock showing while Lambs will be taken to the fairgrounds to begin weighing and check-in.
- Friday, October 14th the Commercial Ewe Show will start at 8:00 am.
- Saturday, October 15th starting at 8:00 am Jr. Market Lambs Judging.
- Sunday, October 16th the Goats will be taken to the fairgrounds from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm will be processing and registering goats for showmanship and Market Goat Showmanship will begin at 2:00 pm.
- Monday, October 17th at 8:00 am Steer and Commercial heifers start arriving. 9:00 am starts Market Goats Judging.
- Tuesday, October 18th Hogs will be taken to the fairgrounds. 1:00 pm Showmanship Swine Judging. Weight cards will be due at 4:00 pm.
- Wednesday, October 19th 9:00 am Lightweight Hog Judging. 9:00 am Commercial Heifer Show.
- Thursday, October 20th 9:00 am Heavyweight Hogs.
- Friday, October 21st 8:00 am Jr.Commercial Gilts Judging (Swine Barn).
- Saturday, October 22nd 8:00 am Open & Breeding Swine (Swine Barn).
