Welcome back from another snow break at Clinton! The weekly agenda is posted below the announcements. Everything is divided in clearly defined sections (announcements, fundraisers, menus, and gallery). Daily selections are defined at the beginning of the menu section.
Announcements
School
Juniors will be taking the Online ACT on Tuesday (2/25). They will be out of class most of the day.
If you are 16 or older, please sign up to donate blood at the Blood Drive on Wednesday, March 12th.
Postponed Events
GT students will be attending a college tour at University of Arkansas @ Fayetteville on a postponed date.
The CHS Winter Formal will be in the Walker Gym from 7-9pm on a postponed date. Any money received, including concession and $10 entry, will go towards National Convention expenses for Beta Club. Any students from other schools must fill out the necessary form from the office.
Clubs
There will be a Quiz Bowl literature and fine arts competition this Saturday (3/1) at Northside High School (Fort Smith), leaving CHS at 6:30am and returning by 7pm.
Anyone going to the EAST Conference (March 18-20, Tu-Th) will be required to attend meetings in Mrs. Hutchin’s leading up to the conference. This will be updated whenever the meeting dates are decided.
Drama Club & Thespians will be going to Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts – Performing Arts Theater on Tuesday, March 11th. Ticket money ($10) has to be turned in to Mrs. Norris by next Monday (3/3).
Shooting Team practices are: JH(1pm)/HS(2pm) Sundays. Senior High Regional Tournament is Saturday, May 3rd.
Sports
CHS is hosting the 4A-3 Regional Basketball Tournament from Feb. 26 to Mar. 1. Sponsorship is available for the Regional Basketball Tournament. Please contact Mrs. Hutchins ([email protected]) to purchase an ad.

Beta Club: Hosting fundraisers to raise money for National Convention expenses
- Basketball game dinners at the basketball games ($5 for dinner, dessert, and a drink)
- Fresh Florida Strawberries – 8 sealed plastic container quarts to the flat; orders closed, delivery next week
- $30 – 1 flat (8 quarts)
- $16 – ½ flat (4 quarts)
- Gun Raffle for Savage 22 LR, drawing is this Friday (2/28)
FFA: Apparel

Breakfast & Lunch Menus (JH & HS)
Breakfast options will include a choice of fruit, juice, & milk. Latte option will also include a cereal & pastry selection.
Lunch options include a choice of Pizza, Sandwich, Entrée Salad, and Fresh Vegetable in addition to the Fruit and Milk selection.
