The Clinton Lady Yellowjackets played in the District finals Saturday night at Mountain View. They faced up against the Mountain View Lady Jackets on their home turf. Fans from both sides filled the gym. Now again, remember it was in the home of all of the Mountain View fans. The refs are their fans too. The Lady Yellowjackets received 2 technicals (one being on the bench) and the foul count was completely unbalanced. Mountain View shot about 30 free throws while your Clinton Yellow Jackets shot a total of 7. The score was close at halftime, while coming out of halftime it soon turned for the worst. The Lady Jackets ended up runner-ups in their District and will attend regionals as a 2 seed. They will be playing Hoxie this Thursday at Riverside.
