VBC Fair 2019

On September 17th- 21st, the Clinton FFA and 4-H kids showed and prepared their livestock. Each show kid has been working hard all summer to make sure the animals and themselves perform to the best of their ability in the show ring. Let’s just say the Clinton 4-H and FFA members showed up to show out! The students excelled in each individual show. Clinton kids got 8 grand champion and 6 reserve grand champion titles under their belt. Brayden Mooney came to show at county. He is responsible for 2 of those Grand Champion titles, and the Junior Showmanship for goats. Harper Hutchins blew the market rabbit show out of the water and took home a Grand Champion ribbon, Reserve Grand Champion ribbon, and a Pee Wee Showmanship ribbon as well. The Clinton show kids brought home the ribbons; they had a very successful county fair. Showing animals is not the easiest thing, so hats off to those hard working students. Next week they will be traveling to Melbourne for the district fair. We wish them safe travels and good luck!
