The 2016 Arkansas deer season has been rather rough on the CHS student hunters. Kelly Collins drew an elk tag for the elk youth weekend hunt and killed a large cow. Kobin Rhoda killed a large buck during early bow season that is in the lead of the FFA big buck contest with a total score of 125 in. Jacob West killed a buck with his muzzleloader that is currently in second place in the contest with a total score of 111 in. Taylor Kirkendoll killed an eight point and is currently in third place.
