Clinton School District sent off the CHS Volleyball team to state on Oct. 23. The team traveled to Paris, ARK. where they played Fountain Lake in the first round of the 3A state tournament. Clinton and Fountain Lake were back and forth through the first set, but Fountain Lake would pull it out, winning the first set 25-21. Fountain Lake would go on to win the second set 25-14, and the third set 25-11, defeating Clinton Lady Jackets in the first round of the 3A State Tournament.

Clinton Volleyball had a very successful season. Making it to the state tournament and finishing third place in District Tournament. All of this accomplished under first year coaches Coach Cooper and Coach Powers. Congratulation to the 2018 CHS Lady Jackets on a very successful season.
