After coming back from working hard over the summer Clinton Sr. High volleyball girls played their first game of the year against Valley Springs, who was 4th in the state last year, on Thursday, August 23rd at home. It was a tough 3 sets for the players! The first set ended with a very close score of 28-26, at the end of the second set the score was 25-22, and the third set ended with a score of 25-15. For this first game of the season they played with a new rotation. The girls hustled, dove for the ball a lot, and even got a couple really good blocks! We will get them next time!
