Cheerleaders Prepare for the Season
During summer, the Clinton Senior High Cheerleading Squad practiced to get ready to cheer on our Yellowjackets. The squad put in work at the B2 Hot Springs Resort Camp in Hot Springs, Arkansas in July. They brought home the team trophy for Top Motions, Stunt Certification, two Superior Team ribbons, along with several individual ribbons for dance, jumps, motions, and leadership. Two squad members, Savannah Lynch and Caitlyn Speer, received the All-American award with the opportunity to perform at the Liberty Bowl in December in Memphis, Tennessee. On the final day of camp, every squad was asked to vote for one member of their squad that stood out to everyone else by their actions, good attitude, and supportive words. The recipient of this award was Senior Captain, Paige Bryant. The squad is looking forward to cheering on those Yellowjackets this year!
