This summer the Clinton School District will be feeding the community breakfast and lunch. They are pleased to announce that their feeding program will begin on May 24, 2018. The school is able to serve all ages 1-18 for FREE due to a federally funded program. Enrollment in summer school is not required. Meals are not restricted to persons living in the area of the serving site; children from all areas and school districts are welcome. Federal regulations state that food served to participating children cannot be given to or shared with anyone. Proof of age may be required. However, those 19 years of age or older may purchase a meal at a nominal price. The serving times will be held Monday through Friday only, breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and lunch from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. . It will take place at Clinton High School Cafeteria 439 Yellowjacket Lane Clinton AR, 72031. This will last from May 24th through June 15th of the 2018 summer break. For additional information contact the Food Services Department number at (501) 745-6009. This program is great for our community, even though summertime brings a break from school, the need for good nutrition doesn’t take a break!
