The Torch Staff is expanding the Torch King and Queen Portrait Competition to include all grades.  Flyers will be sent home to elementary next week.  Submissions can be made via e-mail or sent to Mrs. Hutchins in the high school.  Portraits can be professional, but do not have to be.  The contest will be judged by a third party.
